Hydration
Water, electrolytes and sports drinks — the first thing most members reach for.
Fitness centers
The vending machine built for modern fitness centers — curated for the fitness lifestyle and available whenever your members need it.
A NearU combo machine — small footprint, touchscreen, fully cashless
Why it belongs in your gym
Members finish a session thirsty, depleted and — for a very short window — highly motivated to buy exactly the right thing. If it isn't within reach, the moment passes and they walk out.
Running a counter to capture that means stock, cash, shrinkage and someone standing behind it. A NearU machine captures it with none of those, in about half a square metre of floor.
Available whenever your members need it — before the 6 a.m. session, after the late class, and every hour in between.
A gym machine is not a campus machine with different stickers. Different products, different pack sizes, different price points — chosen for people who read the label before they buy.
Product range
Six categories, tuned per location. What a strength-focused gym needs is not what a group-class studio needs.
Water, electrolytes and sports drinks — the first thing most members reach for.
Ready-to-drink shakes, sachets and protein beverages in single-serve formats.
Energy and pre-training products for members who train straight after work.
Recovery products positioned for the window right after a session ends.
Lower-sugar, higher-satiety options for members watching what they eat.
Bars, cookies and savoury protein formats for between-meal gaps.
Drinks are served chilled. The exact mix is agreed per location.
The partnership
Six steps. Your team is involved in exactly one of them.
01
We find the spot members pass on the way out — usually near reception or the exit from the floor.
02
Delivered, positioned and commissioned around your class timetable, not through the middle of it.
03
We source, own and plan the stock. Nothing sits on your books and nothing expires on your shelf.
04
Our route team refills on a planned cycle, tightened as the machine's sales pattern becomes clear.
05
UPI at the machine, in seconds. Failed dispenses are refunded automatically.
06
A convenient retail amenity for your members, with no inventory for your gym to manage.
As a planning guide we look for around 150 active members per machine. Session timing and member profile matter as much as headcount — we confirm both during the site assessment.
Questions
No. NearU sources, owns and replenishes everything in the machine. You provide the floor space and a power point, and your members get a retail service you never have to count, price or reorder.
Yes. We propose an assortment for your member profile and you have a say in the categories and brands. Sales data then refines the mix — the machine that opens in month one is not the machine you have in month six.
A standard combo machine needs roughly half a square metre of floor against a wall, plus clearance to open the door for refills, and a standard power point nearby.
It usually complements it. The counter sells tubs and memberships during staffed hours; the machine sells single serves at 6 a.m., at 10 p.m. and on the days nobody is behind the counter.
The payment platform refunds the member automatically, and the customer care number printed on every machine reaches our team directly.
Tell us about your gym, your member count and your busiest hours. We'll take it from there.
