These terms govern your use of nearuvending.com, operated by NearU Vending Services ("NearU", "we", "us"). By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this website is
This website describes NearU's managed vending services and lets you send us a partnership enquiry. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract between us.
Enquiries are not agreements
Submitting the enquiry form, messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us starts a conversation. Any actual vending partnership — including placement, commercial terms, duration, responsibilities and service levels — is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Until such an agreement is signed, neither party is bound.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep the content here accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Product categories, machine configurations, placement guidance and footfall figures shown on this site are indicative. What is actually offered at a given location is confirmed during the site assessment and set out in the written agreement.
Your enquiry
When you send us an enquiry you confirm that the details you give are accurate, and that you are authorised to make the enquiry on behalf of the organization you name. Please do not send us confidential information through this website.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to collect data from it by automated means without our permission.
Intellectual property
The NearU name, logo, wordmark, site design, text and images are owned by NearU Vending Services or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. You may view and share pages of this site for your own reference or to discuss a partnership internally. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our branding or content commercially without our written permission. Third-party product names and brands shown or referred to remain the property of their respective owners.

Where this site links to third-party sites or services — for example WhatsApp or our social media profiles — we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Availability
